CoachInvite is scheduling software for life coaches. Publish a booking page, and your clients book their own sessions in one click — no back-and-forth, no double-booking, no chasing. You stay in the conversation; CoachInvite keeps the calendar.
Your booking page
Share one link. Clients see your real availability — in their own timezone — pick a time, and answer the intake questions you choose to ask. The session is booked, both of you get a confirmation, and they can reschedule or cancel from any email we send them.
Google Calendar sync
Connect your Google Calendar and CoachInvite adds each booked session to it automatically, with a Google Meet link included. Times you’re already busy are kept off your booking page, so a client can never book over your existing commitments. CoachInvite only touches events on your own calendar — nothing else — as described in our privacy policy.
Reminders that reduce no-shows
Clients receive booking confirmations and session reminders by email, each with links to manage their booking — so “I forgot” happens to other coaches.
