Terms of Service

Effective July 23, 2026

These terms govern use of CoachInvite (“the service”), scheduling software for coaches and the clients who book time with them. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

CoachInvite lets coaches publish a booking page, take bookings from their clients, send booking-related email, and sync booked sessions with their calendar. The service is in early access: features may change, and we may add, modify, or discontinue functionality as it matures.

Accounts

Coaches are responsible for their account and for the accuracy of the availability and information they publish. Clients booking a session are responsible for the accuracy of the contact details they provide.

Acceptable use

Use the service only for lawful scheduling between real people. Don’t attempt to break, probe, or overload the service, access another tenant’s data, or use it to send unsolicited email.

Your data

What we collect and how we handle it — including Google Calendar data and how to have your data deleted — is described in our privacy policy. Your clients’ booking information belongs to the coaching relationship, not to us: we use it only to run the service.

Availability and warranty

The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. We work to keep it reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and request deletion of your data at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
